If you're outside the UK you can buy from Selfridges, but you can't buy online.

If you call Selfridges customer service (the number is on the website), they'll connect you to a store to make the purchase over the phone with credit card and they'll then ship to the USA.

Whew, I guess I lucked out! I was able to score one that was practically new from another TPF'er when she decided it just wasn't for her!

Good luck in your search - I think it's such a great bag! I love the classic styling with the extra funkiness of the ink. :)

Changed my mind and going for an oak shinny leopard (second choice: oak soft buffalo leather)...checked every site that could possibly carry them and just tried to contact the UK department stores...

Hope I can get hold of one quick and get back to my normal routine of life, instead of thinking about this bag all day and everyday:blushing:

Hello, I just placed an order for the oversized Oak color Alexa on Harrods.com! and have them ship to California. so go to Harrods.com fast before it's gone! hope you get one! and come back to do a reveal for us!

I think the Oak is the most faked Alexa, please get it autheticated here first!

Also, Net-a-poter stock the Alexa and ship abroad. If think you can also do mail order via telephone from Selridges, John Lewis (also Peter Jones, which is another store within that company) and Harrods.

If you're abroad you should also get a 17.5% VAT (sales tax) discount as you're not a uk resident.

[FONT=&quot]I’ll be returning an oak regular to my-wardrobe.com – they ship to the US. I’d recommend checking them from time to time – they were sold out last week, and then restocked (or got returns), and I’m guessing I’m not the only one who will be returning theirs. But if you want leopard, I say hold out for that.[/FONT]

Why are you returning yours? Were you not happy with the quality of the leather or was it just not love?

Hi, as it still seems possible to find ink alexa at rare occasions - please please please let me know if you see a (decent looking) ink regular alexa somewhere in the UK or Holland!

No, I felt like I got a “good” one (though I’ve never seen any in person except this one). It’s totally adorable, but: 1) slightly overpriced, IMO 2) I’ve had a lot of big (and unplanned) expenses lately and could use the money more now 3) I think I want something besides oak. Not any easy decision to return it, but the right one I think.

[FONT=&quot]Definitely hope to pick one up in a few months, but maybe in black lambskin (if I can find one) or one of the fall colors. It is such a fantastic little bag![/FONT]
