Thank you ladies. The longer that I have this bag, the more things I find it goes great with. And I always feel so nice carrying the Borough. It no it sounds weird, but I just feel more put together and special when carrying my Boroughs! :p

Can you tell me how you feel when you carry the borough vs the swagger? I know it's a weird question. I have chambray borough and am thinking about adding the black on black swagger. Both would be work bags. The borough seems so much more refined, but the swagger seems more casual, fun and pashli-like and really cute on. I don't know.... :shrugs:

I think that both the Swagger and the Borough can be dressed up or dressed down, but I agree with your thoughts. When I pull out my Boroughs, it is like I am pulling out something really special! My biggest regret is not getting the smooth black or Oxblood!! The swagger can look very sophisticated, depending on what you wear it with, however, I think the weight and the pebbled leather give this bag a more durable feel. I definitely do not baby my Swagger as much.

In my world, both have a purpose. I have bypassed a Borough on many occasions because I didn't want to risk banging it up. I hope that makes sense. I really love both and I probably will go for another Swagger at some point. I also think the medium swagger holds more than the Borough.

Thanks for your comments! I will have to go visit the swagger again.

I could probably use a bigger bag that can take more of a beating. My other work bags are cognac Tanner Tote and Chambray pebbled borough. And the ocean Bleecker men's business tote, but that is not a very professional color. The swagger could be my "rough and tumble" work bag? The hardware is black so scratches could be touched up more easily than gold or silver hardware. :thinkin:
