I too am not a lover of these gel like polishes/top coats

Perhaps because the manis last longer & don't need to be touched up so often
w/top coat?

I'm a fan of regular polish (base, color & top) 5 free is what I prefer

What don't you like about the formula? I've only got one 'gel', Dior's Be Dior. It being a darker color I didn't note much difference.

I guess it's just personal preference. It doesn't go on right with my nails. I only have a few colors left since I sold or returned most.

I tried Deborah Lippmann for the first time last night. The creme dries so fast, and it goes on like butter (no pun intended)!

I need this set!

I'm a huge fan of DP polishes. I love how they apply, how long they stay and how great they look. Whenever I use a DP polish, I always get asked if I got shellac.

The minis. The combo was weird to me since I own a few that seem to "go" more together.

Colors were Happy Birthday and Baby Love.

I put on two layers of Deborah Lippmann Baby Love and it kind of looks like I don't have anything on my nails. Not sure if it's supposed to be like this, if Lippmann polishes require more layers, or what's going on.
