The Gel Lab only worked well with cream polishes.. It peeled off in sheets with duochromes, metallics and glitter even and after a few short hours! I usually tried it with DL Polish but ventured into other brands with the same results. I am going to try Dior's version

I hope you Lovelies get better results

Swatches of the new Mermaids Summer 2013 Collection featured at Adventures In Acetone. I purchased Mermaid's Kiss and Do The Mermaid. Mermaid's Kiss looks to be my favorite and Million Dollar Mermaid may still find its way into my collection!

The teal from this collection really reminds me of China Glaze Optical Illusion. I don't think they're dupes, based on the swatches I've seen, but I think they're pretty close.

I've seen some people splitting the sets and selling them separately on eBay - but they're charging for 1 polish what the whole set cost!

OH actually I've also just remembered that CO Bigelow in the west village in NYC was selling them separately - if that helps!!

Agreed! And I'm sad the black-ish one isn't a regular polish because I think it would be a beautiful polish without the texture!
