I have and will keep both for different uses. The large is great for traveling with a lot of capacity. The new small is a great almost daily bag, with the added benefit of handles. Previously, I wanted something smaller than the large but held back because I really wanted handles. Now that this 22s model is out, it’s the best of both worlds with the great addition of a pouch too. This model is great for those who are more petite but it all matters what you want it for. I just got both anyway

Is it difficult to take care of the large pink one when traveling, since the color is light?

I really love the pink and actually get quite a bit of compliments on it. (I would’ve bought other sizes in this color but DH doesn’t agree). I try to be mindful where I put it but overall it looks alright(?). There is some minor wear on the corners but this is a piece that I intend to keep forever, so I am not bothered by it. You just have to give in and just enjoy it :coolio:

Do you spray anything on it to help protect it from water/stains? Sorry for asking so many questions - this is my first Deauville and fabric bag!

Pink is my favorite color, and I would actually like another pink in the large size, in addition to the small pink one I got yesterday. But I might have to get it in black instead because I plan to use it for work, and I’m also afraid of dirt and stains.

I’m happy to answer questions! I thought about carbon pro spray but dont believe it’s the most optimal. Maybe scotch guard?

Congrats on the pink! I think a large black for work is good and it’ll be low maintenance. Whatever you think works for you, whether pink is great to look at or too stressful but black is low key but you’ll miss the pink. Good luck !
