DE or Monogram NF

How much did the Samorga one end up costing you? I’ve heard there’s a huge shipping fee! I’ll check out the love lolo- despite Handbag angels ones being great quality I find I can’t fit anything in my bag after so I will keep an eye out for 2mm! I also found another brand called Mono Luxury- it gets so confusing haha I definitely want one with a zip though.

I’m so excited for my NF to arrive now xxx

I bought that Samorga liner ages ago so can’t remember exactly but I’ve ordered a few from them and it’s always worked out not much more than UK-based companies. I bought one recently for a Gucci Marmont and it was $30 + $14 p&p and I had a $6 discount so it was $38 and showed on my CC bill as £30.63. I have never paid import charges as I believe they mark it as a gift (or maybe it is below the threshold). You have to wait about 6 weeks for delivery though.

There is another lady who I’ve seen get lots of good feedback on facebook and her company is Edinburgh Blooms.

Thank you this is really helpful! I think I am going to get the DE with red for now! And see how I go with it... however London is in lockdown so not sure when I will get to use my bags again!

When I fly I almost always bring my NF. You can put your valuables either in the zipper pocket or the pouch - although it's pretty narrow to fit much. I have also seen organizers for sale that zip closed at the top. I use a smaller dust bag and put the organizer inside of that and then just cinch it closed. It keeps everything secure, especially if the NF is put on its side to go through the metal detector.

I've had my NF for 3 or 4 years now. Up until March 2020 I was flying at least 6 times a year. My NF is DA and it looks brand new. Even after going through on the sometimes dirty belts. You'll be amazed at how the DE holds up.

Yay! Great to hear I am so excited for mine to arrive. It’s been on my wish list for years but I would always end up purchasing something else but so happy that she will finally be in my collection xx

I love the look of the Monogram, but due to where I live I would probably get the DE as I wouldn't have to worry about the rain messing up my bag.

Yeh! I’ve ordered the DE now... I love the look of the Monogram but as it rains here in London so much I know I would be too scared to reach for her which would defeat the purpose of the NF! But I would love another piece in Monogram one day

I was just debating the same thing yesterday and ended up with the DE with red interior. Although, the monogram w/ red interior was a stunner and especially loved the pouch in monogram.

Please don’t get me started with that monogram pouch I’m so in love! If the DE one is practical I may end up buying a mono pouch pre loved x

Eventually got a mono one too because I love the style. Use the mono on sunny days only tho. I would get DE if I were you. You can always get the mono print later as a second bag or maybe a slg in mono.

Thank you! I’ve ordered the DE and good I did as the prices went up today for LV - it’s actually quite upsetting with the timing of everything that’s going on in the world at the moment.
I’ve got a few mono slgs and I love them. I feel like I need to add a pochette accessoires to my collection too x

Update: Hi everyone look who arrived today! She’s beautiful and I love the red interior. I realised DE matches a lot more with what I wear as I am usually dressed in dark colours! Very happy although the monogram version has my heart too. Do people usually stuff their NF when stored? I am not really sure what to stuff it with as it didn’t come with paper inside xx
