Well my Christmas gift is going back. I am so disappointed in the quality of this bag. The flap is so crooked that you could tell just opening the dust bag and looking down onto the top of the bag.

agree! and from my experience, the newer ones particularly don't, the older ones (2014 and before) 99% if not 100% have great qualities.
That is such a shame that you have to return your Xmas present. Will you be exchanging, or are you just done?
Ordered in October 😒 but hey, it made it before Xmas lol. And at least I got the Xmas packaging... kinda? I got the box, but then blue ribbon with the standard card in the orange packet 🤷♀️ like they couldn't decide if something ordered in October should get Xmas packaging or not 
I said that years ago...happy that more and more people come to the same conclusion re: the quality of luxury items.
I don’t mind paying for a good quality bag but the price does not match what is in the luxury shops now. My old Neverfull from 2014 and my first LV bag is still in good condition.
That is why I purchase more often models from older or vintage collections.
