Lol! Pull the trigger. :) it's gorgeous! I don't own any red pebbled leather bags, but I've seen them at the outlet and I have to say WOW, it's a gorgeous red. I feel like the ones I've seen have more of a blue undertone, just a gorgeous vibrant red. I feel it's more vibrant than the florentine. I was eyeing the Juliette hobo in red, but i think I prefer the logo lock hobo. Hmmm...

Congrats! Mine arrived last night and it's lovely. (I still need to look at the color in daylight. :p)

Of course now I found it on ILD for $30 less. :tdown::nogood::pout: I did check before purchasing it, but did not see it. Maybe I did not search for it correctly. So now I'm bummed and wondering if the hassle of returning and reordering is worth the remaining $22 or so after paying for return shipping. Ugh!

I can't wait to see!! And isn't that pricing game annoying as HECK??? Ugh, I hate it when that happens.

I can't wait to see either! Oh that's so frustrating! I didn't realize you didn't get the ilovedooney deal or that it wasn't the same price. They really need to sync their pricing. Even if it's just Ilovedooney between their website and their ebay store. That's just not right. What if you tried calling Dooney and telling them your situation. I wonder if they will give you the discount. It's worth a try if you're up to it. If anything they'll know that there are unhappy people out here.

Dooney.com is upsetting me. Remember this Pebbled grain satchel bag from day one? Well it was offered for $179. I love Dooney has it for $157 in same 4 colors!!! I'm mad its only been 8 days. I'm glad I didn't order it then. Two can play that game Dooney, I will start cancelling any order that I see identical yet cheaper on ild or other retailers.

I know! This is just wrong. I ended up lucky by skipping it on day 1 and finding it on ILD for the lower price. I have q red one on the way. I did cancel my order for the Crimson flo satchel that I got on the 12 days sale. I was afraid it was just too big and they were taking too long to ship! So I ended up getting three bags on ILD. It probably all goes to the same pot though right?

They know there are unhappy people, they just don't seem to care! We have been complaining about their customer service for years, yet they seem to do nothing about it. It is usually a roll of the dice whether or not you get a competent associate or someone who doesn't give a rats patootie. I am thinking that is why most of us have started to order from the outlets. They are usually so very nice and helpful

Yes they are GG. I agree. I love dealing with the outlets. IT's not just Dooney. I've heard things about other luxury brands. I was always under the impression higher priced goods should also have a service element included in that price, but somewhere along the line that must have changed. :(

Agreed on the pricing games. I was so frustrated. I looked at my order again and noticed that the difference is $22 and not $30 as I had thought originally. Now it is less worth my while to send it back and reorder as I would only be saving like $10 or $12 with return shipping.

Anywho.... my frustration subsided when I say the color in daylight. :loveeyes: (Plus I have forgiven Coach for a larger amount, so why not Dooney? :nuts::lolots::greengrin: )

This is the closest to the actual color. A bright, juicy red with a tinge of orange. This picture was taken in direct sunlight.
