Go with dark khaki if you want that warmer brown/tan. If you want a medium, every day brown then go with luggage. Dark dune is a brownish-grey, which I love, but if you aren't looking for something leaning towards grey, then it's not the color for you. :smile1:

It does look a bit more gray but it still has brown tones to it in natural light. The pic quality isn't that good since I was in a darker room :( And I already returned the dark dune. BUT I do have my Coach bag which I compared to the dark dune soft leather and the color was identical. So I will take a better picture tomorrow with my dark khaki and my Coach bag ("dark dune") lol.

Here's a better pic of dark dune soft leather, it's pretty true to color here

Dark dune is very classy as well but it's a bit more "muted" as a color, while dark khaki has that true khaki tone with slight yellow undertone not gray. Both are soo pretty! I also like luggage, it would look amazing in soft leather as well. Hard choice!

I just ordered a small crossbody in Dark Dune from Bloomies...it was on sale, plus an extra 25% off. I have a Luggage crossbody (not sure if keeping) at home I'm going to compare it to. Now I just need a Dark Khaki bag for comparison too lol.

So I posted a color comparison in that thread. Peanut, Luggage, DD, and Dusty Rose. I wish I had Dark Khaki to compare. Oh well lol. As of now I'm keeping the DD one.

I saw your pics, very helpful! It sounds like you'd love dark khaki :) it is less taupe and more beige/brown compared to dark dune but very similar color family! Dark dune is beautiful too - great choice!

Thanks! Yeah I wish I had dark khaki to compare, but it was (before it sold out) a final sale on michaelkors.com and I wanted to be sure. So we will see. Lol

I got small ava in dark khaki yesterday :) i was a bit worried about the colour since it looks different on every website but i loooooove it! I can do a comparison between luggage and dark khaki (both saffiano) if someone is interested
