Yes, i was taken aback by their standards! They don't use GIA grading and have internal standards which basically amounts to nothing

I was surprised to realize this as well. I also remember the big to-do when they lowered the standards of some of the C’s they would sell, like I believe they’ll sell I colored stones now.
