I don’t know the percentage, I’m sorry; I don’t have the version with diamonds. I think about 30-40% premium for special orders, but maybe more if there is a lot of work involved. For example the Pave love seemed to be a higher % premium.

Hi, I sadly lost my rainbow love cuff today. It has never fallen off in the 7 years I have had it. I looked for hours - even purchased a metal detector to check everywhere (it’s true) - and didn’t find it. It is a very sentimental piece bc it was given to me when my daughter was born. She fondly looks at it as a representation of her that I wear daily and I am gutted that I lost it.

I have contacted Cartier to ask if they would make another - it seems from this thread that they will do super custom love cuffs, is that what I am reading? The manager (while lovely) did not say it was possible immediately and that she had to put in a request to see if it could be done … so I’m concerned Cartier may decline. Does anyone have any insight into this?

I am not sure what the “rainbow Love cuff” or the “super custom Love cuff” are exactly, but if you are wondering if Cartier will allow you to custom order a Rainbow Love bracelet (with a special order fee), the answer is yes. I have done one myself. Your SA submits for you to Paris and they come back to you with the price. You prepay in full and it is done in about 9 months on average, in my experience.

Hi! Thanks for the response! Im hopeful they still do this, the manager didn’t seem 100% and my SA said she didn’t know if they’ve ever done this before. Not feeling terribly confident right now!

Are you located in the USA? It may vary by location, but I am absolutely certain it is possible in the USA because I just ordered another one recently. You may need to have a slightly different variety of stones, because they will no longer allow the softer stones (aquamarine and amethyst, I believe) due to the fact that they were seeing too much wear and tear on those stones, so the newer versions have all colored sapphires. I was not able to order a new one with aquamarines or amethyst, due to the wear and tear problem, but all various colored sapphires was fine. If you have trouble getting it approved, feel free to send me a message and I will try to help, or I’m sure others in this forum can help as well.

I am gutted for you :sad: I also received my first Cartier Love for my child's birth so I know how sentimental it is. I really hope you can have a replacement made :heart:

Is it also possible in your country to have the small pave with the simple button closure and the 12 diamonds like the regular pave?
