I was at a delightful event at Cartier at Wynn in LV over the weekend. While I was there they surprised me by returning my WG rainbow multi gemstone bracelet that I recently found at a jewelry store in London but had to be repaired and restored. I lamented that they discontinued it, to which my fab SA replied that they could custom make one with any stones desired. Then the boutique manager showed me photos on her phone of custom Love bracelets that they have done. One was a YG pavé Love bracelet with emeralds in the screw holes. Please, friends, show us your custom Cartier!

I know they will do this for Loves, it was about 40-45% premium for the special order the last I heard. I have thought about doing it again more recently. Has anyone done a custom order for JUC with gemstones instead of diamonds? I think this would be very stunning.
I’d heard of custom sizing but never adding gemstones. Omg I’m imagining a rose gold pave Love with pink sapphires, oh be still my heart!

I once saw a love bracelet on the real real with 10 rubies. I wasn't sure if it was limited edition or custom but it was rather marvelous. I don't know what their policies are on this these days but I've rarely been inclined to pay a 30-45% premium for something like that.
I love my Cartier as it is. If I want variations I probably just go for custom made and with BIGGER diamonds with that 40% =)
I'm not sure what the limitations are, but they will definitely do RG with pink sapphires, I would love it even more in pave!
Oooooh, I wish I had seen this one! Ruby is my birthstone and what I am considering using in a pave piece. If it helps, the boutique manager said that it may not cost much more than the regular to use Rubys instead of diamonds, because they don’t have to individually certify each tiny one like they do with diamonds.
Also, for those of you above, they used to do one in RG with pink sapphires, and you can find them sometimes on the resale market.
Thanks! I know, but I never liked the plain with pink sapphires because they sort of blend in with the gold. I think the sapphires plus the diamond/pave combo would be a stunner
Custom made jewelry is not a big deal, the premium is 30 %. For custom made watches it's much harder.
