ryu_chan - Trying to keep price down! If (and that is a big if!) I do this:

a) It'll be mid-summer
b) It'll be a ss 36mm
c) NO diamonds NO MOP

Most likely jubilee band domed bezel - just have to decide which color face and type of numbers!

hokaplan - I think the dome bezel with jubillee band looks good in either black or white. I am sucker for roman numeral but then for a change, since you already have diamond markers on 26mm, roman numeral on the 31mm and arabic on air-king, perhaps index markers on 36mm.

The sunbeam black dial with roman numeral's unique...same goes with the silver and black dial but might be similar to the airking.

I'm excited to see what your choice. Oh, I think forget about the white dial as your Cartier BB is white.

I see. Somehow I was confused, and thought you were going for TT :p
In that case, I like the pink/salmon(?) face with roman numeral or stick for me. I have a mid size black face with diamond markers, and i am thinking without the diamonds, it might look a little bit on the masculine side (unless that is the look you are going for).

Thanks ryu_chan! I was originally talking about TT but then realized it is over budget! Do you think pink/salmon face is more feminine looking on 36 mm than the black face? I definitely cannot do the diamonds. What is your opinion of floral face?

You'll try it on before buying, right? You may find that the smooth bezel and Oyster bracelet create a masculine look in 36.

Yes I'll try it on first! I would do the jubillee bracelet and smooth bezel. My other two are jubillee bracelet and fluted bezel. At this moment, it is between floral or pink/salmon face.

It might be possible without diamonds, but not without WG or YG. Definitely, certain dials go with only the precious metals. On the site it's only shown with gold, so if you're cost saving, that's worth checking into.

jellyv - If you google rolex floral - one comes up on jomashop. It is called men's which is silly to me because of the flower face. But I guess they're referring to men's size which is the 36mm. But you are correct in that it is fluted which must mean that part is white gold. However it is on an oyster band. This is opposite combo of what i specified earlier. I do like it. Jomashop has it priced at $5981. I think my SA can do in the $5600 range.

Yep, see it, thanks. Yes, as I thought, it requires the WG. Also, the retail would be about $100 more with Jubilee.

I agree that the flower dial helps make this DJ feminine.:smile1:
