Here's my cuff ~ Size 17. The pictures aren't great since they were taken with my iPad. I am having second thoughts about the size. The 16 was insanely tight to get on and I know in the store I was positive about the 17. That's me though, I'm very indecisive and will question myself until I make me and everyone crazy :D. Any thoughts?

I don't want it so tight it can't move and I feel like if I do exchange for the 16, it will be so tight when it gets warm I will hate it. I just get so nervous because I'm afraid it will fall off (although, I've tested it pretty well ~ jumping around like an idiot, lol). Ugh, I always do this.....

ETA~ my wrist is 5.5 inches.

Thanks! I know the 17 is probably my size. I'm just nuts. I have small wrists (5.5) so I think mentally I always feel like I need the smaller size.

ImageUploadedByPurseForum1364349333.884022.jpg i have small wrist similar to you. This is how my size 16 cuff fits with my other size 16 bracelets (note the white gold one has the new screw system). I think the 17 fits well on you.

Thank you! Thank you for the pm as well. You definitely helped ease my craziness. More and more I'm realizing 17 is my size. I know I can't have something on my wrist that is really tight and like Candice mentioned if I feel bloaty or it's humid I will regret exchanging it for a smaller size.

I have the same wrist size and the same think happened to me too. I went back to try on the 16 and although the cuff leaves some red marks when putting on the fit is much better then 17.
In my case when I wiggled my arm enough the 17 would fall off...
Long story short I have ordered the 16 to exchange the 17 and am waiting to hear from them to see how we can do the exchange.

How far up can you pull the bracelet from your wrist?

Hi JOJA,

I think u have to feel which u would prefer: a snug or loose fit?

My wrist circumference is about 14-14.5cm and I got the cuff in size 16. I tried 17 but found it quite loose and even the SA said I should not get the 17. For me I went with size 16 because I like my bracelets to be snug but that's just me.

And yes I find that in hot & humid environment, the cuff tends to "stick" to me and can't slide as freely as compared to if I'm in a colder environment such as an air-conditioned area. Of course I still can shift it further down my arm but not as freely.

Another point u may want to consider: which hand are u going to wear the cuff on? I found that it is more snug on my right hand which is the dominant hand. When I wear on my left hand, it's looser and so much easier to wear it in & get it out.

I have a pic of how it looks like on my wrist but somehow I still have problem uploading photos.

I can move it up about 2 1/2 - 3 inches.
I am SO upset over this, I was SO sure in the store and then while I was home wearing it around the house I became so unsure.
I emailed my SA and asked her if the 16 was still available. I am hoping it is and I can at least go in and try it on again, if nothing else other than to calm myself.

I really want the cuff because I don't sleep with my jewelry on, actually, as soon as I get in the door I take everything off. I'm so concerned with it falling off though that I now get why people go for the bracelet instead. I am seriously considering that, although the price difference is quite a lot. Also, I just don't think I can sleep, workout, etc in jewelry.

Don´t worry, just go back and try the 16 to make sure.

If 3 inches is about 8 cm, sounds like a loose fit. I personally prefer it to go as much as 5 cm and tops 2 cm up from my watch on my left arm... i dont know if this helps you..

and i think this happens mostly because the cuff is wider horizontally and shorter vertically. I think cartier should have desinged the cuff rounder :) just my opion ...
