I am going to put my money on the brighter of the two hues. Just by the type of photo and lighting...
I am trying to pre order a bag and am told they have to get approval. I have yet to hear back from the SA. Thoughts or suggestions on how to proceed?

Sorry! My one word response sounded rude! But actually I started responding as if you had called CS and ordered that way. I've done that before where they email for approval, and then either it's yes or no and they get back to you. They sometimes have to email again the following week and if you get a good CS person, they will do that! Then I realized you were talking about an SA and I've only done that once and actually had to wait and check back with her for a couple of weeks before she said it arrived in store. So, I apologize, I wasn't trying to be rude! I am technologically challenged and thought my response was gone as I had intended it to be!
My SA also sent me pics of all these Almas and in those pictures they look neon, practically luminescent. The SA agreed that they were like highlighter pen colours!
