I'm interested to know because I'm #38 on the US preorder list for the blue/fuchsia Speedy. Wondering if the US received just a few bags, or if I was skipped over. I'd like to know one way or the other.

I was told that the wait list for the blue speedy bag and the white and red one was over 300 . There are only a few that may be available. I was on the list for the Neverfull, the travel pouch and the Alma BB. I've been laid up with pneumonia and I browse the website. Sure enough the Alma BB, the blue large Alma, the Neverfull, and travel pouch were all available to purchase.

Correct. The US received 55. Pre-orders taken at the runway show were filled first. All US boutiques were then placed in a lottery system- some receiving one or two, others receiving zero Speedys to fill their client reservations.
One local LV boutique received none, another is to receive two. But, the other day, after checking out the reservation screen, a few of my SA's clients had 'denied' written beside their reservation. My reservation stated 'pending review', whatever that means. My SA had never seen 'denied' on a reservation before now.
I do not believe LV has handled the Racer Speedy sales very well. I find it bad PR (for lack of a better term) of the company to place the red and the blue Speedys on their website for sale, when reservations have yet to be filled, and some have been denied.

I'm wondering if anyone here has gotten one in blue? I haven't seen pics of anyone owning the blue one on instagram or anywhere else.
