Thanks. I haven't used it yet. I got mine from Saks I might reorder and see if the second one will be the same. I have a red Soho but the leather is not like this. It's smooth all over. the dents on yours seem deeper and more noticeable.

I love the bag, and would not be bothered with the dents in the pink bag esp as it is on the bottom. I think PT is right, those dents will diminish with use.

The camel bag dents seems too much though, unless it is because the leather is very soft and needs to be filled to hold it's shape.
