I think your SA made it pretty clear that the K was in the works. I’m happy for you! Enjoy your beautiful bags and Paris too.

If you don’t love it, return it. It’s a lot of money for a bag to be iffy about that someone else could enjoy.

Since I bought a Picotin in the same week, I had the right to one more bag outside my quota.
It was issue. If my desire to avoid taking someone else's opportunity is perceived as disrespectful and puts my K25 dream on hold, I will be very upset. I've never been this close before. Money is not more important than my dream of the green K25.

- I finally received the green Aminaux bandana that I've been wanting for a long time but couldn't find in stores, so I ordered it online.
- I bought 6 Balcon du Guadalquivir plates for our new apartment.
- And suddenly, I found myself buying a Constance Elan.

I understand now. It can be rather overwhelming to be offered multiple choices at FSH and have to make swift yet objective decisions without being swept away by the adrenaline rush. We don't have to accept the maximum number offered, just because we can.
If you decide to return I do not think it would impact your Kelly offer either.
Perhaps sleep on it and see how you feel, just try to decide as soon as possible. Good luck for the green Kelly.
Will add my 2cents @rumes, recently returned from Paris. I did see the Elan.. It's quite a chic
looking bag & with that being said, if you really do not think you will enjoy wearing this bag,
you should return it. Since you SA has indicated that your Kelly green will be forthcoming, it should
not have any impact if you make the decision to return. Your SA likely will be disappointed that you
have a bag that you will not enjoy. Your heart is set on the green Kelly, that should be your focus, JMO

If the C-Elan doesn’t make your heart sing, it’s too much money to spend on it so I would return. However if it’s simply because you think you might not get your dream green Kelly, I would keep it.
That said, it sounds like it’s not your style having read your last messages so I would return it personally if I felt that strongly. It wouldn’t affect your chances of getting dream x

I would definitely not return it if it’s just because you think it may delay your chance of your Kelly offer.
I picked up my kelly SO about 3-4 months ago. About 1-2 months ago I was offered a Kelly Elan which I accepted and I asked and was informed that it would not delay or affect any offers for 2024. This past weekend I went into to H for private event and I was purchased a K25.
If you have a r/ship with the SA/Store it should not affect your offer. Best of luck!
