Concerns about Zippy DE wallet

I just purchased a Zippy wallet in DE and noticed that the credit card slots are tight and I feel like I will rip the leather while pulling my card in and out.
I only put one card in there but worried it will wear and tear easily.
Also I notice the zipper pull has a light Scratch on it already.
Are my concerns about the wallet something I should be worried about?
I would love to know how everyone else's Zippy wallets have aged or held up and do you feel they are worth the money since they are so expensive.
I am debating if I should return it and get a less expensive wallet for my Totally.
Any help would be appreciated thanks everyone. :)

The card slots would loosen up a little after use but not till the point where they can fall out. It took quite sometime for my wallet to break in but it's a great wallet. Just use it and take your time while you take out and put the cards in.

The zipper pull is something you should consider exchanging if it bothers you but it will get a scratch or two with use so don't worry too much.

I love my zippy wallet coz it has so many compartments and it's a big wallet I can fit a lot in. :)

How long have you owned your wallet for do you have any pictures of it?

The card slots will loosen up as you use it. I have a Mono Full Size Zippy, a DE Zippy Compact and a Zippy Wallet in Damier Facette Creme. It really is a Great wallet and I feel everything is secure.

Card slots will loosen after time. The zipper pull will get scratches from use. But you can always get it replaced for free in LV if it gets too bad. Use the wallet and enjoy it.

Word of advice. Avoid changing zipper pulls Unless you have to. They have to remove the zipper stopper out before they do it then put it back, often fraying and destroying the fabric. My stoppers have fell off before and it just became a mess of a situation. I've gotten it done on several pieces and they have ALWAYS damaged my piece.

Ps they do it in-store

The credit card slots will loosen up over time, and the zipper pull will have scratches over time, but that is normal. I have 2 zippy wallets and I love them! You don't have to worry about those issues at all. The wallet will last you a long time.

That's a shame they would give you back your piece in such bad condition. You figure you want something to get fixed not made worse. I have only had to do one repair for glazing issues but I absolutely love my store. They have great customer service and always go above and beyond to please their customers. Too bad not all stores share that shame pride in their work.
