As long as it's within 14 days, you should be good! The manager didn't want to do it, she even tried to trick me at first when I was walking around and casually mentioned I was planning to get a price adjustment but was also browsing... she was like, "oh, it's only like 10 days" and I was like, "the receipt says 14 days, soooo, yeahhhh...."

Even if it's past 14 days, if they have the watch in stock, you should just return/re-buy, especially if you haven't worn it yet. But I covered my bases and followed the instructions exactly: "permitted within 14 days of purchase if the item and the original receipt accompany the request." Mine were mostly gifts for others, and I have not used mine yet, so they were all still NWT

Thanks. Agreed, I did not want to take that chance and am doing a return / rebuy. Also have to do the same for a few of the wristlets and coin cases ^__^

Thanks! I'm just a little bummed that they increased the price from $129 to $149... Coach, playing games with the prices all the time :-/
But since I got my wristlets and cosmetics cases price-adjusted, and the zip-wallet is $10 cheaper (and I may add that to get to the free shipping), I guess it evens out.... ugh, decisions!!

Also... do you wear it on the ghost/"C" side, or the black side more?

Yeah, when I got my tote in-store it was $129. But if you really want it, you're going to wish you didn't hesitate for $20, KWIM?

I've been wearing it on the ghost side only. I haven't even worn it on the black side yet.

I doubt it. I think we'll see a lot of returns at the outlets in the next few weeks.

The back of the Coach Outlet receipt says you need to bring the item AND the receipt. This is why I brought all of it.
