I also got a daily in silt with F&F at Macy's. I haven't cut tags b/c I'm trying to wait and sell some things so I don't feel guilty but man I like this tote. I'm deathly afraid of white so it being coated is perfect. I'm almost ready to take my daily to Macy's today to see if they'd let me even exchange for the tote. TPF always gets me in trouble. Lol

I is coated so it is well protected. I used it and did not worry about it getting messed up at all. I just wiped it off with a wet wipe when I spilled a little coffee on it. Then it rained pretty hard and tote was fine.
I like how low maintenance it is .

I returned my silt Daily. I saw another one on the table with 25% off but thought it would just be the price I paid. So I exchanged my daily for the striped tote (love it!!!). BUT a FB friend mentioned she went to exchange a daily at her Macy's and daily was 25% plus 25% so I called my store and it was!! I just sold sold bags today. So I just ordered a silt daily again!! Now I have both and am banned until Vegas in November.

I love canvas totes because they aren't as floppy as leather, but not as stiff as saffiano...

Yes it does. It holds it's structure very well .

Here is the new STRIPED COATED CANVAS tote #30511 that I picked up from Macy's recent sale...
I was only going to buy the Daily bags, but the black/ white tote caught my eye and price was too good to pass up at $198.00 before any sale discounts.
Saw the tan and the yellow ones also, but I prefer this b/w color combo with the stripe pattern different sizes .
These are really a lot nicer than the ticking stripe totes from last season imo.
This tote measures 15 (L) x 12 1/2 (H) x 5 (W) , close in size to N/S Saffiano tote.
I will post some comparison pictures so you can see the size next to ticking stripe tote and N/S saffiano totes.

That's a gorgeous tote. It looks do luxe!

It came gorgeous bag. Sadly, though, the L&T box was mangled pretty badly. Thankfully the bag was fully stuffed and wrapped, and its boxy shape looks fine. there are a few dents but they look pretty minor and should come out. Wish more people designed the coated canvas bags in non-signature patterns, I hope this bag starts a trend!
