I've always loved the top one. It is adorable and classic.

I am the opposite. I get extra enjoyment out of bags that I felt were bargains. It is comforting to know that when I get tired of them, I can always sell them and not lose any money. Once I bought a Gucci Jackie on ebay, thinking I was really going to love it. I carried it once and hated it. I'm so happy that I didn't buy a brand new one at the boutique and then find that out.

I totally get what you are saying! :smile1:

I have never purchased an expensive bag without seeing it in person first. I will usually "visit" it a few times in person and since I have "extensive handbag purchasing experience"--I am certain that is a resume bullet!! :roflmfao:--I know what will work for me and what won't.

I usually only buy higher end bags that are classic designs or colors--and i don't usually buy "trend" bags that will look dated in 5 years.

With bargain bags I go a little crazier--I'll buy more trendy colors and what not because I know I won't feel bad when I move on from the bag.

I have the top one in a metallic leather. It's called the disco bag. I got it during the Gucci winter sale last year. I love it, its great for when I don't want to lug a big bag when I go out on the weekends.:smile1:

Yeah, I am leaning to the disco bag because it looks more casual but I like the wallet on a chain because it's super compact. I am going to check out the Gucci sale this year for sure. :smile1:

Both are beautiful! I think the lighter one is more "formal". Are you looking for a special occasion bag?

I agree! The lighter one is definitely more formal--but I think it would be fun to dress up a casual outfit too.

I'm just looking for a smaller bag and I am trying to branch out a bit--I don't have any Gucci bags either. :smile1:

Yep, I know what you mean! I am VERY WEAK too when it comes to beautiful handbags!! LOL :roflmfao:

I've found that when I buy a Premium brand bag I enjoy it much more than Coach or MK. Maybe it's because I really ponder the purchase of more expensive bags so I really want the bag by the time I buy it vs. the MK or Coach impulse purchase.

I'm interested in a smaller bag--I think I've narrowed it to one of these Gucci bags:

I love the 1st bag :cloud9:

What I really like is that Vevers is having different types of styles for different tastes. I love hobo and casual styles so I love the Dakotahs and the whipstitch designs. But these new bags are structured and beautiful and will appeal to people who like a more structured bag. There are also minimalist classic designs. I really like what Vevers is doing style wise. :smile1::cool:

I do like the variety of designs. What bothers me is that 80% of the leather items are made with pebbled leather. I wish there was more variety in the materials used.
