The manager I dealt with yesterday told me with the impending release of all the Vevers stuff, basically everything in stores through the summer will end up in the outlets before the fall floor release. She said all the materials they use in the FP stores (red boxes, etc) are already being sent there to make room. I think I'm just going to start making a list and checking the outlets every few weeks.

I will believe it when I see it, knowing Coach, but that plan would certainly be more in line with the overall push to online shopping and cutting down on storefronts.

This is something Coach has done all along. I remember last year learning they had a cornflower Hailey in JAX, and that bag is from early 2010. I ordered my emerald duffle from JAX about a year after it had been deleted. It showed up on the website for a day or two, and then disappeared after I bought it. I think if they have hordes of them, this solution wouldn't work, but if there aren't that many, I think they already do this.

I always said that it was stupid of Coach to immediately mark things down 50% when they are first deleted, and, unfortunately, they listened to me.

Love both of these....I would so prefer if Coach stopped putting there logo and hangtags on bags, IMO it's too much, I would prefer a more minimalist look.

Congrats on the bag, it's gorgeous!! I was considering this one as well but since I have a studded satchel and studded mini tanner, I opted for the Preston colorblock....still thinking about a silver studded one, either mini-preston or the white duffle but I want to see the woven Preston in navy/silver..Oh my, too many choices :thinkin:
