The fact that they went on sale indicates that not many people were buying them full price. Sure some of us die hards did, but not enough to sustain the line. You can tell if a bag is selling well - they don’t put it on sale. Or only rarely.

My chalk tea rose didn't have one either.I purchased a Rogue 25 with Tea Rose and noticed the keyfob was missing. Called Coach and was told to return and they’d ship me another with the keyfob. Well, second bag arrived and no keyfob, so I called again and was told this time that it does not come with one. They are fully aware that the current pic on their site is a misrepresentation of the current bags. I was definitely disappointed, but decided to keep the bag.
Yes - I will never pay full price again eitherWell said.
I bought my first rogue 31 with tearose and snake skin at full price ($1500+tax) thought it will never go on sale (they did eventually), My most recent rogue purchase was a burgundy prairie rivets rogue at 70% off from outlet, paid $300 for a $1000 bag.
Same thing happens to my Parker bag, once I paid the full price, several months later they are On sale.
I can never pay full price on coach bag anymore, I learned it in a hard way.
For me one of the things about the bag, which appealed to me was the keyfob/hood. I was more pissed at having returned the bag, waiting two weeks for another only to open the package and see the same thing. Coach didn’t seem too concerned, despite the rep telling me that he had received several calls with the same complaint. Nevertheless it is a gorgeous bag with or without the keyfob. My chalk tea rose didn't have one either.
Hi.. Yes that is the key fob. First generation Rogue ( Oxblood and Mineral) had a lock and keys to lock your zippers. ( a copy of Louis Vuitton who has a lock and keys for their Speedy and Alma styles.)I am confused by the term key fob. Is this what you mean? And if not does anyone know what it is for?

The only 'key hood' that actually had keys were the first generation ones that came with the lock.My Oxblood with rivets has a key fob but instead of a key inside it has a little ring. To hang your keys from maybe?
