Ugh. I have a pre-fall bag that's been on order since February. They charged my card Friday so I hoped it was shipping but it isn't in my MyUPS acct yet. I wonder if it's on hold...

They actually charged my card for a pre-fall item that wasn't even in stock! And then cancelled it a few days later.

This wasn't my store's fault; it was from their distribution center. Guess someone got a little giddy when they saw an invoice, hah!

Oh geez. I take it that all pre-fall items are excluded from the sale? I called two stores close to me, and they both had different interpretations as to what's discounted; guess we'll find out if I actually order something.

I had talked with my SA 2 weeks ago about the upcoming wild beast rogue, tea rose applique rogue, and wild beast outlaw. She said the computer showed them arriving at JAX first week of May. She told me to come in during the current sale to try and get an order through with the 30%. I called the boutique today and she doesn't work today or tomorrow. I probably have 0% chance of placing an order once she's back I'm guessing?

Backordered the skinny tote with the dinosaur on April 20th, card was charge, scheduled delivery was May 4. Card charge was removed and status was changed to backorder. Called and CS told me it's in the warehouse but will not be released til week of May 9, assured me order was not cancelled. Then today I called again to make sure and again was reassured order will go thru BUT now scheduled for release at the END OF JULY! Crazy Coach!

Thanks for responding. That's weird about the price difference. I hope you get your azure sooner than later. It looks Ike a fun beautiful color!
