Well I walked around with it loaded this morning, and it hurt my shoulder and arm so I took it back to my store. The girl i deal with sometimes looked at it and found a little scratch, I mean it was so small I had to get my glasses out to look at it. At first she said she couldn't take it back because of that, I was like what I just got it yesterday, she then called the store in NY to ask if they sent it to me like that. They told her they didn't unwrap it. She finally refunded me but was not happy. I called the NY store when I got home and apologized for returning, but that I didn't even notice the small mark she was talking about. They were very nice. What is wrong with Coach..

That's to bad, but i do understand i am down to 1 style of bag because of pain. As for the second half? er.. wth? that seems quite over the top.

That's ridiculous! She was completely in the wrong. I hope you get an apology.

Guess everyone in the store I go to know me too well, not to pull something like that...I'd take my business elsewhere instantly. Sorry you had to go through that terrible experience!

Is it true the 1941 collection won't go to the outlets, department stores, or ever go on sale? That's what I heard, but I suppose all of that could be subject to change depending on how well the collection sells. Still, I agree with you about paying such a high price for a purse, or what I consider to be a high price. Because of that I cancelled my order of the Whiplash saddle bag. I can't justify that price for the size. I did order an Outlaw, which is only $100 less than the Whiplash saddle bag, but I really like that bag enough to justify paying that amount, especially if it won't go on sale and since I recently returned the Rogue, Turnlock Edie, and Ace.

That can't be true. There are 1941 bags on Saks.com right now.

We've heard that line "never go to the outlet" zillions of times. Nearly everything ends up at the outlet. They are probably trying to make a smaller quantity so this doesn't happen but if they don't sell out, they will have to put them on sale. I think the high prices make it unlikely they will sell out.
