I'm too exhausted to go adventuring with it for now. Just lit my Feu de Bois candle to help me lay down and relax after an evening of shopping. Thank you all for letting me reveal my latest acquisitions!
It's roomier than its rucksack sibling, which I bought in black early this year. It's also heavier, but the straps are wider, so it's a little more comfortable.

I considered buying the 1941 Gotham backpack in saddle, which is incredibly handsome, but I learned the hard way with the Lotuff backpack I received last Christmas that people don't know or care that a backpack is four figures, they will trample it on the way to their desks, throw it around if you set it down somewhere, and bump it as they try to pass you on the street. At least I can protect briefcases and messengers with an arm.
I also really think the Bleecker backpack's robust top grain leather is a great balance between weight and strength. Full grain leather is nice, but not light at all!
