Ok so I did make it to the Citadel outlet in LA today! They still have a pretty good selection! I may have gone a bit overboard because everything was 30% clearance plus an additional 60% off for Labor Day!
Here are some pics at the store. I was so tempted to bring all 4 bears home, but limited myself to just 2:

Thank you! The bears were originally $600 each which is insane but with 30% and an additional 60% off, came to $150 or so each...still a lot but I rationalized them as "art." I was so close to even buying the other 2 colors, but I don't have any children so why would I need 4 leather bears? Haha. I think the black one looks like David Bowie with the zig zag, and the orange heart one with the star eye got me!

No lines but it was very busy! They also have a limit of 10 items per category? They said 10 purses/leather goods and 10 accessories per person? I'm not sure which category the bears fell into haha.
Haha I'm kinda glad they did that! I've seen people buy over 10 of the same thing. Mostly wallets or so but still, makes it hard for the rest of us who want some of these pieces too.
Agreed! I got extra pencil holders as gifts but I can see how people take advantage of these sales to just resell on eBay, and that's tough on us who just want to enjoy the collection!
Oh and they also had shoes that I haven't seen pictured here yet. In addition to the yellow and orange ones that someone posted already, there is a black, white and magenta trimmed sneaker option. I didn't take pictures of the shoes because I had so much else already, but I found a pic online:
