Thanks! I needed another purse lover to say that to me!!!! I am contemplating b/w the tangerine (b/c to me that could be a nice, different kind of neutral) or the vanilla but i totally fear color transfer....I have ALOT of black clothing.....and it scares me b/c when I buy a spring/summer bag I usually use it almost daily, or switch occassionally to another spring/summer purse in my collection......
I would go with the Tangerine, it's a beautiful color and I think it would be great for spring/summer. I, like you, am afraid of color transfer, so I am staying away from the Vanilla. If you carry it as a satchel, it's going to rub on your leg and I would be absolutely paranoid and checking the bag every few minutes looking for transfer!
So true. I have that small jet set in vanilla and it does scare me. It has a crossbody strap and I know I'll never use it crossbody.

That's my big concern b/c I like to carry the Hamilton as a satchel.....I LOVE wearing black in the summer so I know I will have a problem....I dont want to ruin a pretty bag....With the tangerine it wont be so "visible" if something does get on it.....
Crissy: supposedly if you use the MK rain/stain guard you will be able to get ANY kind of stains off.....I say "supposedly" b/c I am not so sure about color transfer from clothing....
I am really eyeing that tangerine....I dont buy my spring/summer bags early though....JUST IN CASE something new and exciting comes out....I like to buy them and use them right away!!!! Like the Mocha.....ripped the tags off and used it same day as the purchase! DH brought her home and I had her tags ripped off! I wouldnt use the tangerine until May.....I know I could use it now, but I want it "fresh" for spring/summer if you know what I mean!
Congrats on your purchase... I am a fan of both bags, but the shade of blue on the Hamilton is much more beautiful.
i am a huge fan of the michael kors hamilton in navy with the gold hardware~ i'm so happy they brought it back this year! but i was wondering if anyone could tell me the difference between the navy totes from this year and last year...
From what I was told, last year it was a darker navy. I just saw the new one this weekend and it's beautiful! Makes me wish I had more in my wardrobe so I could get this bag!
