I saw the navy Hamilton with gold hardware over Christmas, and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind. I bought the Midnight Maggie in October and I don't want 2 blue bags, but I think I'm gonna try to hunt down the navy Hamilton while I'm in Orlando and then say bye-bye to the Maggie. I never liked Maggie anyway, I only bought it because of the color, I was dying for a blue bag and the Hamilton hadn't come out yet.

Does anyone like the Maggie better than the Hamilton? Maybe I'm posting that question in the wrong forum. ;) I think the Hamilton is WAY WAY MORE GORGEOUS than Maggie. I guess if you don't like gold hardware you may think Maggie is better, but I totally lust after gold hardware.

Anyway, I'd like to hear your opinions on which bag you think is nicer. I am totally open to differing opinions, even if you hate gold hardware, tell me!! :D

I think that gold harware on a blue bag is gorgeous. Now, I tend toward brass or gold harware anyway, so you may want to take my opinion with a grain of salt. But while Maggie is a beautiful bag, my preference is for the gold harware on the Hamilton. Have you used the Maggie, or can you still return her?

I did use it a few times and I got her at 40% off.

I actually like how my stuff sits in the Hamilton so much better. Maggie is too big for me, I just don't carry enough to fill it up, so what little I carry ends up getting lost and I just find it a really annoying bag.

Note to self - no more buying bags that you hate just because you like the color!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And to really sound stupid - I also have the Maggie in bone croc embossed - I also only bought that one because of the color, but I do love that one enough to keep it even though overall the bag annoys me, but the embossed croc is gorgeous, the color is TDF and I love the extra jewel it comes with.

But that navy Hamilton is LOVE.

Crissy: you know my Maggie story.....Maggie, while a pretty bag to look at, was just WAY TOO big for me....I felt like I had a backpack on my shoulder!!!! Too big! My vote is for the Hamilton....and you know what? I am SO in love with my own Hamilton at the moment, I am trying to figure out what color to choose next for spring/summer!!!!!

OK girls, call me crazy, but I just phoned the Orlando MK store and purchased the navy one with gold hardware - she will be waiting for me when I arrive!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The price was $285 with taxes which sounds like a bargain to me cause if I bought it here it would be $395 with tax, so that is a $110 savings!!

Yes!!!! I love the Hamilton and really think the gold hardware makes it very classic! Congratulations on your purchase! I cannot wait to see your reveal--you are developing quite the collection of MKs!

The Hamilton hits it out of the park and the gold hardware is to die for! The Maggie can't even compare with the Hamilton. Maggie is nice, nothing wrong with her at all, however, the Hamilton is stunning!!!!! I wouldn't even think twice about giving up Maggie for Hamilton. I hope you find one and make sure you post when you do!!!

I'm so glad you got one! I just saw that size Hamilton in Oasis at TJ Maxx this weekend. It was so pretty, but too small for me. Congrats on the savings buying the bag here vs. Canada! I don't duplicate bags, but I just might have to with the Hamilton, it is such a gorgeous bag!

OMG I am SOOOOO excited for you!!!!!!!!!!!! That navy is a gorgeous all year round color that goes with almost anything you would wear!!!! I cant wait to see your reveal...maybe you can do it from your hotel room???!!!!!

Unlikely - the data roaming fees are INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But for sure as soon as I get back!! Unless I can find somewhere with wifi - maybe the mall!! :D
