Yes! :smile: Actually learned they do from here buying something earlier in the year. It's at the bottom of their Returns & Exchanges page.

Here is the policy:
Price adjustments are permitted only when an item has been marked down. The price adjustment must be made within 14 days of purchase from a Coach Retail Store or via Coach.com. The item and original receipt must accompany the request.

Ooh thanks! I’ll have to bring my items in and the receipt this weekend. Should’ve brought it with me anyway because I’m going to Coach now lol.

Would it matter that I got them stamped? Or they don’t care about that? Cuz some of my charms didn’t have their tags anymore because they took it off when they stamped it :/

I'm not entirely sure about that. I would call customer service. I'll let you know when I go tomorrow. I do not have the tags on mine.

I’ll try to drop by tomorrow and see if they’ll price adjust. If not it’s okay, I just bought more ornaments anyway lol. But it would be nice to apply the difference towards another ornament [emoji4] I love these things!

I went in for the adjustment and monogramming. All they asked for was my receipt and they went off and did the adjustment while I waited for my stuff to get monogrammed. I ended getting the all black rexy bag charm too. Originally when they scanned it didn’t have the 30% but when I showed them online it did, they adjusted the price.

Love my monogrammed items! The smaller tags are from bags that I never got monogrammed. Hoping to find a shopper to get the clover ornament eventually. :smile:

I got my price adjustment too! She didn’t even ask to see the items, just the receipt.
