My reports are being denied after being reviewed by customer service agents! The humans they use to make these decisions don't know squat!

When I first reported it, I got a message that it didn't violate their policies. Then this morning I got a message it had been removed. I guess it took your return request to force them to consider all the reports we submitted are valid.

In my return request I had included several additional photos showing the hardware brand and shoddy workmanship (seams not meeting), etc. Maybe someone who knows something actually looked at it!

Those other fakes she'd had listed were also removed. Her "sorry they feel that way" reply to you should have been "sorry I was mistaken."
