Hi, I’m the seller xhonstudio. I’m sorry for such unpleasant shopping experience, and to show my sincere apology, I’ll update pictures for the result of this fake bag being scrapped as soon as I received it, you have my word. And of course, I won’t sell anything that is not authentic and I welcome supervision from friends like you. Like I said, though it’s a gift from my ex boyfriend, it is my fault not checking the authenticity before I sell it. I’ve removed all my lists of bags and I’m asking for certification of my bags’ authenticity before they are relisted. Thank you again for pointing out this for me, your feedback has greatly helped me becoming a qualified eBay seller.

I am SOOOO impressed with your response.

Unfortunately, it's so infrequently that a seller comes and admits to having made a mistake and thanks those who brought the mistake to her attention.

May I make a suggestion that will save you a bit of money on return shipping? Since you are going to destroy and dispose of the bag, why not just allow the buyer to dump it without your having to pay for the return? It'll save you about $10.

Wow you are right! I'ver never thought about that! But I've created the shipping label ....so sad. Any way, I'll contact the buyer and see if she can just throw it away for me so that she doesn't need to bother shipping back. Thank you for your suggestion!

Depending on how you created the label, you have either 24 or 48 hours to cancel. Once a label is canceled, USPS doesn't issue the refund for 15 days because they have to make sure that the label/tracking number wasn't used.
