Last week I made the mistake of informing the seller it wasn't authentic. Seller replied with personal insults. I replied politely with link to the fake serial numbers guide and then blocker her.

You're better off just reporting and not contacting sellers at all. And in posting here, the potential of getting many others to report too increases the likelihood of ebay removing the listing.
