Well apparently www.shopgoodwill.com doesn't care about ripping buyers off nor complying with the law. The listing is still up and I realized there's an authenticity disclaimer. (I didn't notice whether it was originally there or if it was added after our posts here.)
"This item has NOT been professionally authenticated. We do not and cannot guarantee authenticity on this item."

I know some Goodwill websites have a statement about their policy being to abide by federal law prohibiting the sale of counterfeit goods but evidently, this particular one thinks it's exempt.

Update: Goodwill's disclaimer statement was originally reflected in the listing. Last night I reopened the ticket and referred Customer Service to whateve's post. Not sure if anything will happen, since its the weekend and the listing ends on Sunday and has bids.
