The second one looks more like Keyword Spamming, there's nothing on the bag that says Coach and those aren't Cs.
Confirmed on the Authentication thread, that at least one of these bags is fake. The one shown in the picture below

Reasons - known fake serial number, style 0511 belongs ONLY to a small Travel bag that doesn't look anything like that fake, and Coach NEVER made ANY leather bags between 1980 and 2000 in Bubble Gum Pink! Also Coach has never put sewn-on cell phone holders on the side panels of classic and vintage leather bags. Both are mentioned in the Daria48 Fake Coach Numbers List posted at Ebay:

Selling it "as is" does NOT mean they can sell counterfeits.
