After having the fake Coach keychain reported and removed last night, it has been relisted today by another similar ID, clearly, the same seller. And she has 2 of them!!

This fake keychain was just removed hours ago. Seller has relisted, this time showing a receipt showing the purchase of multiples of 2 other keychains purchased.
According to her description, "Authentic (This was purchased in 2011 at the Coach Store in Braintree, MA) I have the original receipt (see photos) I purchased several others at the same time. It was $58.00 new"), this keychain would be style 92903, which in reality is a pave floral sphere.
The receipt supposedly "proving" authenticity:
