I saw this last night and it is one of the most breathtakingly bad fakes I have ever seen. Was going to report but unfortunately some poor soul bought it. Yikes.

You can still report a fake after it's been sold.

But please be sure it really IS a fake. It's always best to ask at the Authenticate This thread first. Even if it 's just to give the authenticators a laugh - or a queasy stomach.

Serial no has wrong font. This style wasn't introduced until 1998 but serial number indicates it was made in 1996.

Here's another debbieb208 (on ebay) aka GutsyGirls (on Etsy) fake.

This seller has had more fakes than Frank Perdue had chickens, yet she's still allowed to sell on ebay.

Take your pick:

-The font on the creed and number doesn't match any authentic creeds from that plant.
-Every authentic version of this style was made in Costa Rica not the US.
-The style was introduced in 1998, however the serial number is for 1997.
-The stamping on the snap doesn't match any authentic snaps. It has the word "MAGNET' which is known to be on fake bags.
-Snaps on authentic Coach from this time period have the words "USA PAT and others" along with a number and a symbol.
-There is a border around the serial number which shouldn't be there.
-The shape of the tabs for the strap are uneven and the stitching on them is very sloppy.
