That is ridiculous! They used Mokey's photos, too (the photos that were not mine in that listing). That seller better get taken down! And soon! I do not like my photos stolen! :mad: I get the feeling it is someone who lurks here since all their photos (that I can place) have been stolen from tPF. :mad:

I wonder whose photos were taken for the black Maggie that this person has listed? What do you do when ebay won't help???? My husband said that this happens a lot when people sell tractors. People steal pics and try to sell tractors that aren't the ones listed. I'm sorry. Your prettty pictures are what inspired me to get the maghony.

I tried searching to find those pictures and haven't found them yet. But I am positive that all their photos are stolen, so I will find them!... Maybe tomorrow I will search more thoroughly. Ebay should help, they have a direct link to complain about stolen photos and I told them I can provide more proof the photos are mine if needed. If they don't help, I will probably make it my week's goal to report everything that seller has posted with the site they steal each picture from... Alright, I may not be that bad... but I might try to get them kicked off ebay...

Though it is a pain to find the sources and report everything - not sure if there are many people who bother to do this with tractors... They should! :p

We'll see. they are still up, but they have me filling out paperwork. Plus I alerted other members here who's pictures were stolen. And I will try to find the owners of the other pictures if I have time. It is ridiculous that ebay can see proof of repeat offenses of stealing pictures and not remove the listings/photos/seller based on that but need each picture owner to contact them... do they really think the seller is (at least) 4 different members on tPF? I understand the owner needs to report theft of their photos, but there are enough people offended in this case that the seller's entire store should be questioned... Thanks for the support!

Oh Lordy- I saw this while shopping and it was the only one this person posted. Since they had 100% feedback I thought I would help a sister or mister out and tell them they were selling a fake. Well their response was this was a gift and since that is why it isn't claimed to be authentic! :confused1:

Then they asked if they should have turned the gift down?!?!?! Guess he got a lot of gifts.

How can this be legal? Someone can seriously get screwes here. $80 0r even $8 is too much to pay for that crap.:nogood::shrugs:
