I agree, it isn't counterfeit.Shan2, this is just my opinion, but I don't think that would be considered a counterfeit. It doesn't seem to have anything "Coach" on it. That's not Coach's trademark fabric, and I don't see any Coach logos or labels anywhere. I'm thinking it would qualify as "designer inspired" - ugly, yes, but not counterfeit.

This is correct. Although it's a legitimate designer inspired item, it's possible that Coach could allege infringement based on the premise that the pattern is similar enough to Coach's that buyers could conceivably be confused.
