This is correct. Although it's a legitimate designer inspired item, it's possible that Coach could allege infringement based on the premise that the pattern is similar enough to Coach's that buyers could conceivably be confused. And in that case, I'd agree because the patterns are so close.

But it's not reportable as fake.
