PLEASE DO NOT REPORT! There's nothing wrong with that bag. It's authentic.

Please don't report any items that you aren't familiar with. Unfortunately, it's been removed. Now I feel bad for the seller.

Okay I now feel TERRIBLE. IF this was a genuine COACH bag then I will be emailing the seller with an appology.

And rest assured I am beating my head against the desk.

HOWEVER EBAY Australia are NOTORIOUSLY slow at removing any items that are reported as fakes. So for this to be 'pulled' so quickly does give me cause to pause. Was it fake, was it real. I've seen and been burnt by some 'real' coach bags the fall apart the minute they were used.

I will be reporting with some real caution now, but still.

(Sight, just when you think you get good at something, you trip over, fall and end up with food all over your face and you skin your knee)

From now on I strongly suggest that you ask about any bag at the Authenticate This threads BEFORE reporting.

Just because ebay pulled the listing quickly doesn't mean the wrisltet was fake and that ebay acted appropriately.

IIRC, it was style 44127, one of the several tartan plaid items that don't follow the "centered pattern" rule.

Hi Ladies,

I wanted to place this post for a couple of reasons and while I don't want to go OFF topic I feel it's important.

Yes I made a mistake. In the grand scheme of mistakes it's up there with wearing that tube skirt (that really did not flatter my massive stomach or saddlebag thighs), dating that boy (the one everyone warned me about who ended up stealing all my cash) and making the odd 'questionable' purchase including a HOT PINK Jacket that fell apart after one wear (real leather, only if the cow is made of plastic)

I've been Adult enough to not only admit that I've made a mistake, but admit it publicly (yes my pride is stinging quite a bit right now)

The post that I made was done in GOOD FAITH, no matter how misguided. There was absolutely no malicious intent behind it what so ever and hindsight is a wonderful thing (see above mistakes including the TUBE SKIRT, which I still thought was amazing). All of my experiences with TPF so far have been positive and I felt truly happy to be a part of a community across the world that shared the same interests and passions. I would really truly hate to think that a simple error, in judgement on my part will result in being corrected again and again.

I would like to leave it at this and end on a very positive note, IF anyone sees a Coach Candace in new condition, in beige (the Tan colour) please let me know I’m chasing one and they sell for around $700 in Australia.

If there are any of you that have a problem or further issue with this please feel free to pm me and we can have a robust debate on the merits of internet based errors vs I can’t believe she left the house wearing that!!!.

I hope that this can be the last post on this subject and that the thread can go back on topic with the COACH HALL OF SHAME!
