No. If the item doesn't actually say Coach or have any of Coach's trademarks anywhere on it, it's NOT counterfeit, just "designer-inspired". Styles and designs in most cases can't be trademarked. If the bag didn't say Coach anywhere but the seller used the name Coach in her listing, it still would just be Keyword Spamming.

It's NOT obviously counterfeit unless an actual trademark or copyright is violated, just like bags with G's that are made to look like Coach's Cs aren't counterfeit.
