First of all let me say - THANK YOU. To your husband and you for your sacrafice in serving our country. Second - I do hope that things work out for you and that you are able to get a nice bag. I think it's terrible that there are so many people out there ready to take advantage of others.

The reason Ebay cancelled the listing probably was because the bag was reported as a fake. Ebay doesn't have any "privacy" rules that would make them remove a listing, they probably said that their Privacy policy didn't allow them to give any details. The only reasons they do that are for counterfeit items. Ebay never mentions "authenticity issues" to buyers because they probably feel that would lead to mistrust on the part of the buyer. But they only remove items for severe rules violations.

When you receive the bag, can you post clear close photos of it? The other posters here can tell you what areas they need to see. BTW, that style bag will NEVER have elongated Cs even on fakes, so PLEASE don't think that because the Cs are round it must be ok. We can tell you how to post pics when you get the bag - you'll need to save them to a file or folder on your computer and possibly upload them to a free hosting service like Photobucket if they're too large to post here.

EDITED TO ADD - Sorry, I just checked the seller's Feedback - did you already receive a refund from them? I see that you left them a Negative earlier today. And it doesn't seem like the seller put up much of a fight, that tells you something right there.

What makes you think it's fake? The pictures aren't the greatest, but I don't see anything that makes me think it's fake. I would get a picture of the creed to confirm. The retail price of the wristlet is exaggerated. I don't think she means the purse is "new", I think that's a typo because in the next sentence she says that the bag has been used for 2 years and has pen marks on the inside.
