Coach straps and handles are NEVER wrapped in plastic wrap, either clear or opaque. However, some of the easily-scratched hardware and more delicate leather trim will sometimes be wrapped in a soft squishy foam sheeting.

Just wanted to add... I have a bag that was purchased from the outlet (Poppy Jazzy) that has plastic around the clear "Coach" script hangtag. This may be considered as easily scratched hardware.

Yep, every single listing has to be reported. Fake Coach key rings are a pain as there are just so dog gone many.

The listing has been removed. Do you know the sellers ID?
