I cannot believe these two sites are still up and running! they are both completely ridiculously copying Coach's site as much as they can. remember everyone, you can also report this stuff to Coach directly, especially whole websites that run like they are Coach or affiliated with Coach. there is information on the Coach website(real website!) through customer service about how to report and what info they need.
