I went to the tanning bed today and I knew they sold "designer inspired" bags but I was really surprised when I saw this one. I haven't seen a knockoff like this one before.
I thought that at a glance if I didn't know much about coach it looked fairly real since it has the new C's, but the stitching is terrible once you look at it closely and then of course that lining.

Please report them to your local police. I can understand people accidentally buying a fake, but I think selling them is inexcusable, not to mention a federal offense.

no I didn't save it! sorry...but it was classic! a mix of the old scribble hobo with the new op art c's. truly gruesome!
cz22 I know, I mean they specifically put a sign up that says "designer inspired" but for 75 dollars you could spend a little more or even find a real one on the bay that is good quality and the real thing! I'm sure they thought I was weird taking pictures of the bag before I tanned, but oh well, I thought you guys had to see that.

I don't know - I actually haven't seen any personal stories about reporting fakes. But it is a Federal crime, so they better take it seriously (maybe after a slight chuckle).
lol yeah I don't see the cops busting down the tanning salon doors for this one, but it is sad knowing that someone will pay that much money for that bag fake bag. The pictures don't do it justice, when you see it in person all of the horse and carriage stitching is not lined up and you can see the material underneath...
