The seller states how she made these herself & with what materials. Is this considered counterfeit? If so then the 1000's of other keychains with Elvis, Marilyn, Twilight, Hannah, etc. are all reportable? Just wondering cause I've seen tons of this sort of thing.

No but it is copyright infringement. She's stealing Coach's designs and logos to make a profit.
