How do I help in filing a report on these *bay counterfeit items?

When I click on file a report on the lower rh side , it takes me to a page to file a reason but there is no other button to click to send.

Am I missing something?

After clicking on the 'report' link it'll take you to another page with a series of drop down boxes where you choose the reason(s) for reporting. Then you click on the 'continue' button at the bottom of the page (I think that's what it says) & it takes you to the final page with the item #, they want you to type in a quick explanation, then hit send.
