Exactly! They don't realize that for the price of one or two fakes, they can buy an authentic bag! The worst case scenario is when someone does not know they are purchasing a fake. This is particularly true on eBay where I've seen people bidding upwards of $150 bucks for a bag that is just SOOOOOOOOOOOOO fake! What a waste.

I know what you mean. That is why I don't buy on eBay. I would love to though. I am just so scared of getting scammed.

I also agree. I bought 2 bags and a scarf this month for $160. ok back to reporting.

Is there a thread to vent about fakes?

Because I'm here to vent... :p

There are soooo many fake purses (Coach's in particular) at my school that it's not even funny! I just watched a girl reach into her fake D&G to get out a fake Coach wallet. Seriously?? I see fake Coach Op art bags, Coach signature bags, etc. WHAT IS IT??!!!??! I feel like every time I see it, I have to scream or take it away and put it down a garbage disposal!! Maybe it's just me? Is it just me who gets really, really angry and offended whenever you see something like this?

Then again, I do praise the young ladies who have authentic Coach purses at my school. Thank you, girlies!

The stitching on that bag looks almost sideways and I agree that the creed looks HORRIBLE.

I pick out fakes all the time. My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy. A vendor at a flea market had HORRIBLE looking fakes for sale. They weren't priced to high (I guess, I don't know how much fakes go for) but they looked nasty and cheap. I think I died a little inside and I actually had nightmares about them that night (I guess my boyfriend is right).

With Coach bags being so cheap at the outlets, I don't know why people bother with fakes. I bought my bag for $80. Yea it was a little signature tote but I really like it.
