Is the bag in orange saffiano leather? That is supposed to wear better than legacy isn't it?

Now that I look more closely at it, it looks more like LV Epi leather. I wonder if its the same coating and imprinting process as the saffiano? Regardless, it looks like it would wear better than the Legacy leather.

I think they are appliques. It looks like the background is suede and the appliques are smooth leather. I hope it is that way. I don't know how I feel about the shiny blue.
